You cannot have broadband on and ISDN line however we can arrange for B.T. to convert your ISDN line back to a normal analogue line ( please not eyou will loose one of the two lines and one of the two phone numbers). Simply select "Yes ISDN conversion" at the question "Is this line to be converted from ISDN?" during the registration process. Please note B.T. will need to visit your premises to carry out this conversion. PLEASE ALLOW up to 14 working day for the conversion to Broadband to complete.
