Naims.co.uk offer FREE migration from a BT
infrastructure supplier to their network.
(LLU connection see notes below)

If you would like to move from your current ISP and use
Naims.co.uk as your broadband provider you can do so.

Simply contact your current Internet service provider and
obtain your Migration Authorisation Code (MAC).
A MAC takes the form of letters and numbers and example
would be LBMX0045980/FD12A .

Once you have your MAC, please view the broadband packages
available follow this link or follow the broadband registration links on our web site
and select the package you would like.

Once you have selected the package you would like, follow
the link to Migration for free. This will take you to our Migration application form .
PLEASE enter your MAC accurately .
A MAC entered incorrectly will cause delay in the transfer.

Since our packages are paid in advance,once we have
received your request we will contact you to collect
the first months payment .It will then take between 5 to 10
working days for your request to complete.

Unless your original ISP cut you off, which they do not normally do,
you should be able to continue using your
original broadband connection during this time.

Please note: If you are moving from an ISP that provides
LLU connections as well as standard connections via B.T.
infrastructure then, if your connection is through the ISP's LLU
equipment then there will be a £45 charge to reconnect
your broadband to the B.T. Infrastructure.
